My old bank (no longer as of 10/10/224 as Huntsmart charge was flagged as a corrupted charge. Unable to contact a human being via listed phone number.
I called the listed number for customer service and someone other than Huntsmart answered and told me I had to wrong number even though it was the same
CS num on huntsmart account webpage . WTF My card listed on my account was canceled by my now old bank.
I'm considering closing this cell cam because I'm unable to get a customer service person on the phone . Inaddition pics quality are less than expected and do not compare to other trail cams I've purchased in the past.

Electric motor for my deer feeder is out of stock for over a year
Purchased deer feeder 3 years ago from academy. Replaced The motor 2 years ago.
Motor went out again 1 year and 3 months ago.
The motor is out of stock for over a year. Not sure what the problem is but will buy new deer feeder from different company.

Camera displays err 5d, doesn't work
My game cam took about a dozen pics then quit, it displays err 5d, so I did the recommended fix but it didn't work.
Contacting the company is a no go, they never pick up, you stay on hold forever.
These game cams are just garbage, the company must be the worst company on the planet, it's a real sad joke.

Return it to the store
I bought a encounter cell game camera and a number of things to get everything I needed to get pictures,it would not read the SD card, and when you put in the serial number it wouldn't activate the camera and popped up call customer support I did all I got was a recording,I emailed the contact info to the information on the paper from the device, I got an email back telling me the company name number contact email etc wasn't part of their company.i ended up taking it back to Walmart sorry service there too.

Bought 2 Endeavor 2 cell cameras, 1 went bad within 3 months, replacement took6 weeks, replacement camera will not mesh with my old camera, now meither will not work and I have paid $264 for cell service for 2 cameras, not my fault camera was bad, absolutely the WORST customer service,
It takes 6-7 calls to get them to call back,
My password would not work, and I know it is correct,do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. Pissed is putting it lightly!!

I purchased 6 trail cameras through the web site, they took the money from my account and after a week or so with no response I started trying to contact them to see the status my order! After being on hold for several minutes the repersentive told me that the order could not be filled and tried to sell me a more expensive camera with less features, I declined and asked for a refund, again on hold for several minutes he came back on stating that the refund would take 21 days!
That is ludicrous, not only did I have to pay for the cameras but for shipping!
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that one would call me back but no one ever did, not only is this very poor customer service but also shows very little respect for someone who puts there faith and money into a company they have trusted in the past! This is from confirmation number 212598!
Trail camera issues
My screen doesn't let me set. Date or time only thing pops up is no sd card when I take it out and it's same sd card when i got it also no reset button anywhere

I emailed customer service 2 days ago. Never received a confirmation email.
Still waiting. No number to call. This camera I purchased at Dick's Sorting Goods. I can't set it up.
It just keeps taking pictures while I am trying. I read another review where the person was having the same problem.
It would be nice to actually speak with someone to find out if I am doing something wrong, or if the camera is just defective. There is no troubleshooting information on the instructions.

Camera didn’t work, but got charged twice for subscription!
I had the cell cam encounter , kept saying to update even though it was updated. Returned it , cancelled subscription.
Not only was I still charged132$ for the sub but they charged me twice for the same subscription on the camera! Been calling customer service for weeks and no return yet. Still out 264$ for nothing.
Purchased 10/26/23 still dealing with this bs and its 11/16/23. Never buy anything from this company , customer service is garbage and say an agent will call back and never does!

Been waiting over a month for customer service just to call me back. Been calling every day.
For over a month sent them the owners every buddy that there is to contact and no one will help.
But they keep taking money for my cameras monthly. And they ain't even working and no one will cancel it they suck and need shut down

I purchased 10 terra cell cameras and 3 don’t work after 3 months
Ive called customer service 5 different times and always get told the same thing! I technician will call back within 24hrs! Never ever got a call once!

Been trying for days to get product support on a camera that will not function. All I ever get is put on hold & forgot about, never able to actually get a person on the phone. No response to emails , or contact request on their website either.

I purchased 10 Tera cell cameras and pat a monthly subscription and three of them do not work after 3 months!!!!
I called 5 different times and all they could say is a technician will call back within 24 hrs never got any calls back from anyone
